What You'll Be Doing

Operates Hoboken University MedicalCenter’s telecommunications systems. Transfer or direct calls to the party the caller requests or determined where the caller should be directed based on information about the purpose of the call. Dispatch messages via telephone, fax or pager as necessary.

 

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Good Communication and Customer Service Skills with 1-2 years experience as switchboard operator or attendant, hospital setting preferred.
