What You'll Be Doing

The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for making the Hoboken University Medical Center experience more comfortable and satisfying for patients, families and visitors. The Associate is responsible assisting the Information Desk with greeting and welcoming all patients, visitors, vendors and staff, along with directing guest appropriately.

 

The Associate assists patients and their families with questions regarding personal needs and hospital procedure and resolves issues and concerns patients and their families may have.  Provides a variety of services to promote and enhance patient satisfaction and continuously engages with staff, patients and families.  

 

Full Time: Day shift time

8 hours/shift

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of medical experience, with previous hospital or physician office experience preferred.
  • Must be able to accurately enter data.
  • Knowledge of some medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required.
