What You'll Be Doing

Performs functions related to the efficient running of the unit including oversight of the environment, completion of maintenance work orders, addresses products, supplies and equipment, oversight of equipment rentals, and coordination of interdepartmental activities. Functions as administrative support to the Patient Care Unit working with the Patient Care Director.

 

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Performs administrative and clerical functions for Patient Care Director, Site Director and Patient Care Unit, exhibiting good organizational and time management skills, which contribute to the management and efficient operation of the department.
  • Oversees the organization and environment of unit.
  • Assures supply and equipment needs of unit.
  • Communication/Conflict Resolution.
  • Participates in Performance Improvement activities, Goals and Objectives. 

What We're Looking For

Full Time, Day Shift

  •  Associates’s Degree preferred
    • Five years healthcare experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills,
    • Sense of urgency and passion for learning and improving different processes.
    • Pleasant demeanor and able to advance ideas and improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
    • Candidate must have a high attention to detail and be process oriented.

Pay Range: $21.98 - $28.25 per hour
