• The Senior Clinician provides therapeutic services, including individual, group, and couples/family counseling, while managing a caseload balanced with supervisory, administrative, and some case management responsibilities.
• Deliver clinical and administrative supervision to staff, assist with chart audits and tracking clinician productivity as needed,
• Serve as the lead clinician in the director’s absence, and assist with overseeing graduate student interns.
• Collaborating closely with the director, they support the oversight and implementation of key program initiatives to ensure effective service delivery and ongoing program development.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling

• Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)  (Highly Preferred)
• Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) (Preferred)
• Clinical Supervisor Certificate (Preferred)
• Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) – (Preferred)
