The Intake Specialist is responsible for screening patients on the phone and in person to determine appropriateness for services and to then facilitate the scheduling of intake appointments via the access system, in close collaboration with support staff.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology or related field or in the process of obtaining this degree (required);

Master’s degree and bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Work Experience: 1-2 years (preferred)

Internal & External Contacts: Brief interaction with both internal and external contacts.
