The Patient Care Director has twenty four-hour accountability for the operational management of the assigned unit including managerial responsibility for the supervision, direction and support of the nursing staff in that unit to meet the needs of the Patient/Unit/Hospital.

- Evaluates the results of monitoring with the staff and develops a corrective action plan to improve patient care.

- Investigates and follows up on issues from patients' families and physicians.

The VP of Revenue cycle will be responsible for leading and overseeing the revenue cycle management function throughout all CarePoint Health facilities. The incumbent will develop and manage the infrastructure and identify opportunities to leverage systems and processes to ensure optimal revenue integrity and accounts receivable. Review and develop strategies to optimize operations and to ensure sufficient cash flow.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Establish targets, policies, and internal controls that will drive improvements and efficiencies in overall service revenue capture and collections.
- Build the revenue cycle operations team, including strategy/vision, structure, and centralization efforts, develop key metrics, establishes goals, and reports on overall performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities throughout CPH, such as automation/technology, training capability, patient experience and workflow improvements.
- Streamline billing and collections policies and procedures across the organization, both within the billing and collections department.

The AVP of Revenue cycle will drive accountability and have oversight and management of all functions of the revenue cycle including, management oversight of all business-related functions of the patient visit from point of contact to collection of patient service revenue. The incumbent will review and implement systematic approaches to maximize revenue and cash flow to ensure results are consistently delivered.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Serve as the system leader for charge capture, clinical denial management, price transparency initiatives, oversight of charge description master and pricing, and new program development.

- Reviews, designs, and implements processes surrounding admissions, pricing, billing, third party payer relationships, compliance, collections, and other financial analyses to ensure that clinical revenue cycle is effective and properly utilized.
- Tracks numerous metrics related to the patient engagement cycle including record coding error rates and billing turnaround times to develop sound revenue cycle analysis and reporting.
- Develop key metrics that will drive the cash collections.
- Keeps abreast of regulatory/industry trends and demonstrates leadership in driving new revenue cycle operations.

The Physician Recruiter will function as a full cycle recruiter responsible for identifying and sourcing physicians of assigned specialties as well as mid-level providers, in order to balance just-in-time needs as well as pipeline needs.

- Source physician/mid-level candidates via job boards, email blasts, contact through organizations/associations, cultivating internal referrals, direct mail, telephone calls/cold calls, residency/fellowship programs, working with recruiting vendors, attendance at conferences, and through additional sourcing techniques, as identified
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the health system and communities we serve in order to assist with candidate inquiries
